It's not very lenient so I don't suggest starting with it the frustration of losing all your stuff might kill your drive to stick to the series lolĪnswering as someone who JUST did this. But if you do love it I suggest once your good play through 2. But 3 is sure enough to be right up your ally and easy enough to keep you engaged while you wait for 4. You'll probably hate 2 for how it plays not realizing how amazing it truly is and was for years. But back to your actual question buy it love it then get hyped for diablo 4 I've been playing them since I was a kid and they always will stand as my favorite game ever well worth the money.
Wait did they really try and market reaper of souls and rise of the necromancer as two separate things lmao that's literally one expansion 🤣 this thread made me go see if I missed an expansion somehow but no same shit new name lmao it's always been reaper of souls which was the expansion plus the necromancer class never marketed as 2 different things like it is now with separate price tags.
